Inner Leadership & Mentoring
Through 1:1 mentoring, bespoke group mentoring, workshops and masterclasses, Munàh Global creates spaces for women to reflect, grow and strengthen their Inner Leadership.
The work helps women understand themselves more deeply, recognise what may need to change, make stronger decisions and take greater ownership of how they move forward personally and professionally.
Transformational Speaking
Through transformational speaking, storytelling and lived experience, Munàh creates conversations that invite audiences to reflect, question and move towards meaningful action.
Her talks explore identity, Inner Leadership, courage, purpose, transformation and the choices that shape how we lead ourselves and our lives.
Music
Music is one of the ways storytelling finds its voice within Munàh Global.
Through original music rooted in identity, culture and lived experience, Munàh explores themes including womanhood, love, grief, strength, belonging and transformation.
More than performance, music becomes a way to honour culture, create connection and tell stories that deserve to be heard.
Kriola Di Força
The Kriola Di Força movement was born from the song Kriolas and grew into a movement centred on identity, belonging, connection and the strength of Cape Verdean women.
Today, it creates spaces for women in Cabo Verde and across the diaspora to connect, share their stories, strengthen their voices and walk alongside one another through community, reflection and shared experience.
Social Impact
The impact of Munàh Global extends beyond individual transformation.
Through Kriola Di Força CIC, a UK-registered Community Interest Company, we develop community initiatives, partnerships and social-impact projects supporting women and girls from PALOP (Portuguese-speaking African countries) and wider Lusophone communities in the UK and internationally.
Our work focuses on creating safer spaces, strengthening support networks and expanding opportunities for connection, participation and growth.
Meet the founder
I’m Munàh, an Inner Leadership Mentor, Transformational Speaker, Storyteller, and Founder of Munàh Global and the Kriola Di Força movement.
My journey across motherhood, community work, healthcare leadership, creativity and entrepreneurship has shaped one central belief: leadership begins within.
Today, I bring those experiences together through Munàh Global, creating pathways that help women understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their voice and take greater ownership of how they move forward personally and professionally.
